During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual may hold only one active pg89 Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pg89 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and all balances and bonuses forfeited without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pg89 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pg89 will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in is deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have notified pg89 of unauthorized access without undue delay.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact pg89 support immediately. pg89 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your Account pending the outcome of the investigation.
pg89 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires you to submit copies of valid government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
pg89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. pg89 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pg89 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your pg89 Account balance in Philippine Peso (₱) and are generally processed instantly, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pg89.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pg89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
pg89's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pg89 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pg89 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pg89's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
pg89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pg89 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, law enforcement agencies, and other regulatory bodies where required by law or where pg89 reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of pg89, its players, or the public.
pg89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon closure of your Account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable compliance review.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pg89 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with pg89's handling of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
pg89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pg89 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
The version of the Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute, unless the parties agree otherwise.
